Drying Out Overnight

Good Evening, Scattered rainfall continues to progress across the viewing area this evening, but should begin to clear our of the region within the next few hours. The latest forecast data places the last of the rainfall exiting our easternmost counties around 3:00 A.M. ET or so; we’ll begin drying out in Tippecanoe County closer to 1:30 A.M. ET. As the core of low pressure responsible for today’s scattered rainfall continues on its easterly track towards the Virginias, it will allow a drier air mass to flow in behind it, settling in over the Midwest.
