LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Drivers will want to keep an eye out for lane closures on State Road 26 in Lafayette.
Starting Wednesday, crews with the Indiana Department of Transportation will periodically close the SR 26 lanes under Interstate 65.
During daytime hours, only one lane will be closed. The lane closures will allow for crews to remove overhead jacks from the I-65 bridges.
Weather permitting, the lane closures will wrap up on Friday, April 7.
The entire project is scheduled to be complete in early summer of 2018.
