BATTLE GROUND, Ind. (WLFI) — The weather did not cooperate as well as last year, but many still managed to enjoy Wolf Park’s open house.
The park showcased various educational opportunities including kid’s summer camps, photography seminars, animal behavior seminars and volunteer opportunities. Park staff also took visitors on guided park tours each hour.
Manager Dana Drenzek said she would like to see more people exploring what Wolf Park has to offer.
“Coming out and seeing the animals is a part of what they can do,” Drenzek said. “They can always come back and do something different.”
Wolf Park will host an Easter party on March 20.
The park opens for the season next month.
